GAMA, while carrying out its activities, acts in full accordance with laws, ethical standards, and human rights and strives to minimise the potential effects any of its activities around the world might have on the environment.
GAMA, aware of its corporate social responsibilities, aims to not only provide the greatest benefit to its partners, but also to be more beneficial towards its employees, other stakeholders and, in return, to society.
GAMA has adopted ensuring the continuity of customer satisfaction it has built up with the quality of its products and services, achieving its targets regarding quality, environment, worker’s health and safety, taking any necessary precautions to protect the health of its workers and to ensure occupational safety, preventing environmental pollution, and utilizing resources in the best possible way as its corporate policy. As part of this policy, the company activities have been carried out for years in accordance with the standards of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Under the awareness of social responsibility, GAMA gives importance to the employment and career development of the people in localities where its projects are being implemented, assists the youth so that they do not simply have a job but also have a profession and also carries out construction of facilities such as nursing homes, schools, parks and chapel in these areas.
Within the activities of the GAMA Educational Foundation, support is provided to projects on reintroducing children to society and on the education of girls. Moreover, projects regarding intermediate staff trainings and on increasing the employment of women are also carried out within the scope of the protocol signed with the Ministry of Education and Ankara University.
GAMA strives to help Turkey develop in all areas by sponsoring many conferences, panels, exhibitions, festivals on scientific, artistic, economical or sectoral topics and also makes the Sevda-Cenap And Ankara Music Festival a reality through its continued contributions.
Within the scope of GAMA’s 50th year celebrations, the revenues gained from the sales of the book entitled “Energy Provider of Turkey” is being donated to “Young Energy Education Grant Fund” of the Turkish Education Foundation.

ANKARA UNIVERSITY GAMA VOCATIONAL SCHOOL
At the “Ankara University GAMA Vocational School” founded within the Vocational School Of Health at the Keçiören Campus of Ankara University, qualified technicians will be raised in order to accomplish the medical instrumentation sector needs.
The Ankara University GAMA Vocational School is the first vocational school that will enable to branch out in the medical instrumentation sector at the educational stage. The programs consist of three semesters per years and the total duration of the program is six semesters per two years. For all programs, the four semesters have a common curriculum, where the other two semesters are for specialized training related to the chosen field. This is the first time that three semesters are offered in one academic year in Turkish public universities.
PROGRAMS OF THE SCHOOL:
1. Medical Imaging Systems Technology Program
The program raises qualified technicians for the installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of medical imaging and treatment devices used in radiology, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine units of medical institutions fully and accurately.
2. Medical Laboratory Equipment Technology Program
The program raises qualified for the installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of all devices used in the laboratories of medical institutions and other institutions for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses fully and accurately.
3. Acoustical Measurement Devices and Hearing Aid Technologies Program
The program raises qualified technicians for, single-handedly or with the technical support team, the control of installation conditions, start-up, installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of Acoustical Measurement Devices and HearingAids fully and accurately.
As a result of the education provided by the Ankara University GAMA Vocational School:
Furthermore, successful students are awarded various scholarships by the GAMA Education Foundation. The scholarships are without provision and comprise no liability of payback or service. In addition to the scholarship, there is also foreign language support and students who satisfy the criteria of the foreign language scholarship are sent to English language summer school abroad.

- Problems encountered due the unqualified technicians working in the sector will be minimized.
- With the collaboration between the University, Industry and the Research Centers, a significant contribution will be provided to the sector in the fields of information, technology and R&D.
- As the sector intensively needs qualified technicians, graduates will not face any unemployment problems.
